What is it?
The ability for every employee to be able to access and view all their personnel details with their own secure login. Where appropriate they can change content, for example, by providing a change of address or perhaps inform of a new dependent or child.
Examples of these would be:
- Address change
- Dispute Logging & Management
- Absence/sickness reporting
Workflows:
Where relevant workflows can be enforced, for example, in the case of vacation and sickness reporting. In the first case the employee can view entitlement and available time and make a request. The approver can then view the request on a resource planner chart enabling a rapid and informed decision, which would then be automatically logged and communicated to the requesting employee.
