The demand we are experiencing for our applications has resulted in the need to expand our delivery team and we are now looking for a Client Support Analyst who can contribute to the continued success and expansion of the company. You will be an experienced support or system administrator with at least 3 years experience of supporting either external customers or within a large company. With a combination of functional knowledge and technical skills, particularly in the web-based applications space you will be able to lead customers through the various stages of supporting customers in a confident and timely manner.
Specifically you will need to have:
- Educated to degree level or higher
- In depth technical knowledge of systems and desktop applications (e.g. Excel).
- Facilitating senior level analysis workshops whilst inspiring knowledge and confidence to the client
- In depth knowledge of the spectrum of HR applications and workflows
- Certified salesforce.com Advance Administrator and/or Developer
- Ability to deliver training where necessary, either one to one or in groups.
- Able to deliver new work and resolve issues within agreed timescales.
- Highly responsive to requests and able to thrive under pressure.
- Self reliance and a desire to work in a start-up organisation
- Experience of system implementation, from specification of needs to acceptance testing.
- Experience of system testing.
Based from our Reading offices, you can expect to be travelling a significant amount of time so this should be something that appeals!
