The demand we are experiencing for our applications has resulted in the need to expand our delivery team and we are now looking for a Client Solution Delivery Consultant who can contribute to the continued success and expansion of the company. You will be an experienced consultant with at least 3 years experience of working with clients and delivering solutions in the HR space already. With a combination of functional knowledge and technical skills, particularly in the web-based applications space you will be able to lead customers through the various stages of a delivery project in a confident and timely manner.
Specifically you will need to have:
- Educated to degree level or higher
- Project development and management skills
- Facilitating senior level analysis workshops whilst inspiring knowledge and confidence to the client
- In depth knowledge of the spectrum of HR applications and workflows A knowledge of the force.com platform and other cloud based technologies
- Ability to plan and deliver training where necessary
- Ability to contribute to RFQs
- Organising resources from both within the company as well as externally
- A strong sense of contributing to our company and its processes
- Self reliance and a desire to work in a start-up organisation
Based from our Reading offices, you can expect to be travelling a significant amount of time so this should be something that appeals!
