An exciting business development opportunity for a new company that provides cloud-based applications in the HR/Talent Managment sector.
You be an experienced and successful sales executive – enthusiastic and prepared to work hard to gain the rewards on offer. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and achieving assigned sales quotas and goals for customers located within a defined geographic territory or account list in the UK. You will prospect and develop business, manage accounts, and develop proposals for negotiation.
You will also be expected to work closely with other functions in the company and coordinate account resources with skilled representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.
Skills
- A proven track record in Enterprise software sales (2+ years of over target performance minimum)
- Knowledge of the HR and LMS software sector
- Successful record of prospecting for new customers
- Solution selling skills
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) in English
- Confident and enthusiastic presentation skills
- Confident at communicating at all levels within an organisation
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Educated to degree level or higher
- A knowledge of cloud based technologies
- Ability to contribute to RFQs
- Organising resources from both within the company as well as externally
- A strong sense of contributing to our company and its processes
- Self reliance and a desire to work in a start-up organisation
Based from our Reading offices, you can expect to be travelling a significant amount of time so this should be something that appeals!
