Fairsail Human Resources Management Now Available on Salesforce.com’s AppExchange and Salesforce Platform Edition

Non-salesforce.com customers can deploy Fairsail for Human Resources Management directly from Fairsail running on the Salesforce Platform Edition

Fairsail today announced the availability of a comprehensive application for Human Resource Management built on salesforce.com’s on-demand platform. First revealed at Dreamforce ’07, salesforce.com’s annual user and developer conference, Fairsail will open up a completely new area of on-demand applications integrated with Salesforce, offering companies of every size a full set of integrated human resource management tools running natively on the Force.com platform. Fairsail’s modules include:

The early adopter version will include four fully integrated performance management modules to help manage teams. Companies can manage objectives and track milestones for all employees in one easy to access, on-demand location. Fairsail tracks targets and performance for each employee, looking at historical trends to better understand the business climate and provide appropriate guidance. Controlled approvals and standardized performance review processes ensure timely and effective reviews which meet company guidelines and employee expectations. Companies can create and maintain accurate job descriptions for use in compensation and performance reviews as well as employee development. With Fairsail it is possible to track, evaluate, and compare all employee data in one place and improve the ability to plan and strategize. Companies can achieve gains in business profitability by increasing the effectiveness of their teams.

 Fairsail is built entirely on the Force.com platform and is available in two editions. AppExchange Edition is for existing Salesforce CRM users, and for companies or departments not using Salesforce CRM, Fairsail is available as a stand-alone application run on Platform Edition.
