Architecture
Fairsail is built on top of the Salesforce Force.com Cloud-based platform. This brings the benefits of a highly secure, reliable and scalable platform. This is a web-based fully hosted environment. All user access is via the web through standard browsers with standard HTML and JavaScript.
The Fairsail suite is built in a set of modules: HCM, HR Management, Learning, Recruitment, and Payflow. All modules work on common shared data and work fully together seamlessly.
Fairsail modules are built using VisualForce and Apex Code from the Force.com platform. The system is constructed around a standard three layer model consisting of database, business logic, and presentation layers.
