Single Source of Truth

In order for HR to make strategic decisions it needs a reliable base of information on which to base those decisions.   For a number of reasons companies often struggle to gather this information without expending large cost and effort.  Even if they make that effort the data is often not maintained and quickly goes out-of-date.  These problems are exasperated as companies evolve (go global, merge or restructure) just when making such strategic decision becomes even more important.

  • Fairsail solves these problems by exploiting the sources of regular reliable information: payroll and the company’s employees direct.
  • Fairsail Payflow links to the payroll agencies or systems within the company.  It translates between different pay cycles, policies, legislations and currencies to provide a global view of salary, benefits and bonuses (see Fairsail Payflow for more details).
  • Fairsail Payflow links to HR or ERP systems within the company.  This link can be to import information to be used within Fairsail, or to share information with external systems.  This gives a company a high degree of flexibility.
  • Fairsail HCM provides a set of processes or workflow for the employee, manager and the HR department to interact for day-to-day management; whilst gathering detailed information: performance, potentials, skills, competencies, succession, risk, etc (see Fairsail HCM self service).

Combining these sources gives a single source of the truth on which analytics, dashboards and reporting is based.    The common platform for Fairsail ensures that all data within Fairsail modules is available for reporting both individually or combined.   All data is reportable.
