We use Salesforce Service Cloud for case management and root cause analysis, with rapid incident management response times. Fairsail’s Customer Community online portal offers self-service access to extensive documentation, how to videos, case management reports, release notes, other customers and their knowledge, and Fairsail experts. Customers can also take advantage of the Salesforce Community to get questions answered, browse documentation, join group discussions and share files.

We offer comprehensive public training courses as well as courses tailored to your needs to enable you to become self-sufficient.

Fairsail offers comprehensive public training courses for system administrators to gain more detailed knowledge and understanding of our comprehensive HR system. Customer specific learning programs delivered on site are also available, as are customer and partner enablement programs.

We aim for projects to go live in 90 days or less with short time to value using traditional (waterfall) or agile methodologies.  Our Quick Start implementation enables customers to go live even faster using a preconfigured and templated approach based around best practice HR and people processes. Success is delivered through our implementation experts, in conjunction with trusted partners. Each customer has a dedicated customer project manager to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. Customers can control go live schedules through project phasing and delivering great workforce experiences.

Customers are also kept fully informed of the latest product, training and other news through the Fairsail Customer User Group, using Salesforce’s Chatter, the world’s #1 enterprise social network.

This private online group is available on demand and is designed for Fairsail Customers to collaborate, share ideas and ask questions to maximize their use, and get the most out, of Fairsail. Our experts monitor this group and provide responses where appropriate. Customers can also use links here to log a case with Fairsail Support, ask about Training Courses, access Fairsail documentation and support process guides.
